Symptom

In the Latest performance management experience, if the Signer label has been changed to be a longer one, it overlaps with names in the form interface.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Manage languages change the signer label of signature section of the PM form to be a longer word (for example, SIG_E or SIG_OTHER label keys).
  2. Open a performance form with a signature section.
  3. Observe that the new label overlaps with the name in the form interface.

Cause

Resolution

This is a known issue to be fixed in the new 1H 2026 release:

  • preview systems: April 13th 2026;
  • production systems: May 15h 2026.
