3702678 - Replication of Lock indicator of Cost Center in MDG-F

Symptom

You set/reset different lock indicators for cost center using MDG-F. Once the Change request is activated, you will see different behavior of the replication in the payload generated. When the indicator value is set, the corresponding indicator will be passed with value "True" in the payload. If the indicator value is unset, then the indicator will not be involved in the payload.
