Error message "/SCWM/DELIVERY100 - ERP:M7 021:Deficit of Blocked Stock Stock in Transit" shows up when trying to reverse an outbound delivery in Manage Outbound Delivery Order app.

This is because the goods issue for the outbound delivery involves a two-step process:
Step 1: Goods are transferred to stock in transit (movement type 687)
Step 2: Goods issue is posted, and the document is created by VCM (movement type 601T)
The reversal of outbound delivery must follow the reverse sequence of the original posting process.

1. Reverse the material document from Step 2 in Monitor Value Chains app.
2. Reverse the goods issue for the delivery in the Manage Outbound Delivery Orders app.
