It is not possible to create physical inventory documents for special stocks e.g. 'O' using Job Scheduling and Mass Processing - Physical Inventory app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In current public cloud system, it is not supported to use Job Scheduling and Mass Processing – Physical Inventory app to create physical inventory documents for special stocks. 

To generate physical inventory documents for special stocks, please use the Create Physical Inventory Documents app.
