Symptom

The standard checklist item for the “Complete e-Signature” step does not allow modification. The checklist does not provide functionality to include additional links or information for external candidates.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the “Complete e-Signature” step for an external candidate during the onboarding process.
  2. Attempt to edit the checklist item.
  3. Observe that no option exists to add information within the checklist at this step.

Resolution

Editing the checklist item for the “Complete e-Signature” step for external candidates is not supported by the current product design.

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
