3702806 - IT-System Overlay shows "There are no values for this attribute" eventhough it is set in the Hub. It works in the Editor

IT-Overlay does not show the content of the attribute in the Collaboration Hub. The visualization overlay is set up correctly. This works in the Editor. 

• Workspace Settings for SAP Signavio Process Manager

1. Navigate to the Collaboration Hub in SAP Signavio Process Manager.
2. Verify the attribute overlay settings for tasks.
3. Observe that the attribute content is not displayed in the Collaboration Hub, while it is visible in the Editor.

• The issue was caused by a misconfiguration between the attributes "IT-System" and "IT-Systems".

The Overlay It-System is a system provided overlay and is not the same on you would set up in the overlay settings and with that can be missleading. Please check the the Attribute visibility settings ind the hub and make sure that the IT-System(without an s in the end), is configured to be shown in the hub. After that switch to the audience settings and make sure that the attribute IT-System is set to at least visible when set.
