Workaround
As a workaround to process your admin alerts we propose to put them back in the new state and retrigger the reallocation in batches of 500.
- To do this please export them via the Import and Export Data UI. The Generic Object is "Absence Reallocation Alert".
- For all the alerts where the status is "IN_EXECUTION" change it to "NEW" and completely remove the data in the blockedUntil field.
- Import the file with Purge Type Increment Load.
After that all the alerts should be in the Unassigned column again and you can start retrigger them in batches of 500.
To quickly select multiple alerts without selecting all of them, click the first alert, then Shift-click one further down to select everything in between. You could also filter by properties such as start date.
After retriggering there might not be all alerts cleared because some of them can be valid alerts, which shouldn't clear and need to be resolved manually.
