3702895 - Field mapping inconsistency - Onboarding

An issue occurs where the job type does not populate correctly during the onboarding process.

The error message states: "The jobRelationsInfo entity with the "YOURVALUE" variant is skipped or couldn’t be processed as the value "YOURVALUE" passed for the job type field doesn’t match the external code of the mapped variant "YOURVALUE" of type."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Start Onboarding from RCM
2. Field is not populating in Onboarding side

External Code / Non-unique External Code does not match with values sent from RCM.

Make sure values flowing from RCM matches the External Code / Non-unique External Code from picklist.
