3702915 - Sample size is changed after sample re-calculation in QAC3

Symptom

Sample is reset for inspection lot in transaction QAC3.

And then sample is re-calculated in transaction QA02.

Afterwards, it is observed that new sample size differs from the original sample size (before resetting in QAC3) although same inspection plan is assigned to the lot and inspection plan was not changed.
