3702932 - Checkbox "Head of Compensation Planning" is editable when creating Update Compensation Forms for Template Job

Symptom

While creating a Job to Update Compensation Forms, note that is possible to enable or disable checkbox "Head of Compensation Planning". 

This is not the expected behavior of the feature, the checkbox "Head of Compensation Planning" should be enabled and grayed out, not allowing to enable or disable it. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Scheduled Job Manager;
  2. Job Scheduler > Create Job Request;
  3. Enter the Job Name, Job type, Job Owner and Compensation Template;
  4. Select the option to "Create Worksheet for new manager(s)";
  5. After selecting the checkbox above, note that more options become visible; 
  6. Checkbox "Head of Compensation Planning" is editable, is possible to enable or disable it; 

Resolution

Please make sure you enable checkbox "Head of Compensation Planning" and enter a user as Head of Planning before saving the job. 

The fix for this issue is planned to be delivered in 1H2026 Release.
