3702952 - Child members cannot be deselected when parent member is selected in member selector

• An issue occurs with the selection of members in the member selector window
• Previously it was possible to de-select a child member after selecting it's parent.
• This resulted in the parent member being deselected and only the remaining child members selected.
• After the 2025 QRC4 release it is no longer possible to deselect child elements when a parent hierarchy is selected.

SAP Analytics Cloud version 2025.21

• Issue may occur in multiple features that employ the member selector window.
• After selecting a parent member in a dimension that contains a hierarchy, attempt to de-select one or more children.
• This is not possible.

With the 2025 QRC4 release version a new member selector window has been implemented that results in better performance and supports future enhancements.

It was not possible to adapt all use cases of the new member selector for the 2025 QRC4 release, resulting in the temporary elimination of this option.

We are working on enhancing the new member selector window to re-enable support for child member de-selection.

The exact release version of this enhancement has not yet been determined.
