3703023 - Decimal prompt values cannot be entered when scheduling Web Intelligence reports with comma-based locales in BI 4.3

Symptom

  • When scheduling a Web Intelligence report with prompts containing decimal values that use a comma "," as the decimal separator, the entered prompt values are altered in the report instance.
  • In all Product/Viewing Locales (PVL) where a comma "," is used as the decimal separator (e.g. German, Polish), the values get converted to integers in scheduled report instances. (e.g. 4,3 becomes 4 | 6,4 becomes 6)
  • The issue does not occur when refreshing the report manually and entering prompts with a comma.
  • The issue occurs only in the scheduling workflow, within the edit prompt values option, selecting a decimal value containing a comma and confirming, converts the value from comma format to dot format. (e.g. 4,3 becomes 4.3)
