3703028 - "onb2process null error" in manage pending hire page - Onboarding

• An error occurs in the Manage Pending Hire process, where the ONB2Process Trigger is null for an ONB2Process object.
• Error message: "Process trigger is null."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to "Manage Pending Hire".
2. Attempt to hire a candidate.
3. Observe that the error message "Process trigger is null" is displayed.

Old onboarding process not completed. There are 2 process for the same user.

In order to resolved, check:

1. Navigate to "Manage Data > Process".
2. Search with the userID associated with the candidate.
3. Identify two processes:
   • One process might be due to an error and was not fully created.
   • The other process is functioning correctly and is responsible for making the candidate reach the Manage Pending Hire page.
4. Confirm that the system is referencing the erroneous process, which is blocking the continuation of the onboarding process.
5. Delete the erroneous entry from the Process page:
   1. Select the record.
   2. Take action.
   3. Permanently delete the entry.
