Symptom
When a user tries to open up an email from correspondence portlet on a candidate application in Legacy Workbench but that user is not the sender of that email, they receive the following error: "You do not have permission to view this correspondence. Contact your administrator to enable the relevant permission."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Recruiting > Job Requisitions
- Click on a job req
- Select candidate
- Go to the correspondence section and attempt to open any email sent by another user.
- Observe the error message: "You do not have permission to view this correspondence. Contact your administrator to enable the relevant permission."

Resolution
For messages sent via the Message Center, those message threads will remain restricted and accessible only to the correspondence owner
