3703080 - Unable to Remove User Directly From User Management in Process Governance

• Unable to delete user from Process Governance
• The "Remove" button in Process Governance user management is disabled, preventing direct removal of users from Process Governance.

Because Central User Management is being used, the "Remove" button under actions in Process Governance user management is disabled. This is expected even for Administrators. 

To remove a user from Process Governance:

1. Navigate to Collaboration Hub.
2. Go to "Settings" and select "User Management".
3. Un-assign the license for Workflow Accelerator (Process Governance) for the user.
4. A synchronization will occur in the background, and the user will be removed from Process Governance.
