• The Banner Card in position two does not display the browser-configured image.
• When the order of the banners is changed, the image set on the banner in position two is missing.

1. Access the instance.
2. Navigate to Admin center → Manage Home Page → Banner cards.
3. Create two banner cards.
4. Set the order of the banners such that the first position is occupied by the larger banner and the second position by the smaller banner.
5. Observe that the image configured for the browser background of the banner in position two is missing.

• The Banner Card displayed in the second position uses a smaller layout format. In this format, the system prioritizes the mobile background image instead of the browser background image.
• If no mobile background image is configured for the Banner Card in the second position, the system displays a default image from SuccessFactors.
  
   

Configure background images for both larger and smaller sizes of the banners.

Ensure that the images are appropriately sized for their respective formats:

• Browser Background: Larger, rectangular format.
• Mobile Background: Smaller, nearly square format.

Important:

Up to 20 Banner Cards can be configured in Manage Home Page → Manage Banner Cards, but only the top two active Banner Cards are displayed to users.

The cards displayed to each user depend on the order defined in Manage Banner Cards and the assigned target groups.

If multiple Banner Cards are active and a user does not belong to the target group of a higher-priority card, the next eligible cards in the sequence are displayed.
