• The banner card in position two does not display the browser-configured image.
• When the order of the banners is changed, the image set on the banner in position two is missing.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access the instance.
2. Navigate to Amin center > Manage Home Page > Banner cards.
3. Create two banner cards.
   
4. Set the order of the banners such that the first position is occupied by the larger banner and the second position by the smaller banner.
   
5. Observe that the image configured for the browser background of the banner in position two is missing.

• The format of the position two display card is smaller so it will consider the mobile background image configured to be shown.
• If there is no mobile background set for the banner in the second position, it will display the default image from SuccessFactors.
   

Configure background images for both larger and smaller sizes of the banners.

Ensure that the images are appropriately sized for their respective formats:

• Browser Background: Larger, rectangular format.
• Mobile Background: Smaller, nearly square format.
