3703096 - Warning icon displayed without hover message in Training Planner

• When accessing the Training Planner as a manager, a warning icon is displayed without additional details on what is causing the warning.
• The warning is only displayed when the training requests are on a currency different from the one configured on the training planner request period and there is no currency conversion set.

1. Access SuccessFactors Learning as a manager >
2. Go to the Activities menu and select Training Planner >
3. Select the training period >
4. Notice that there is a warning icon, but there is no message to explain why the warning is displayed when hovering over the icon.

Our Learning Engineering team identified this scenario as a defect, with the root cause being the title attribute is missing from the warning icon component when the Fiori Horizon theme is enabled.
