3703154 - Insurance not listed in Benefits Available to Enroll Card

Symptom

  • The insurance benefit plan is not listed in the available benefits for enrollment card in Latest Benefit Overview Screen.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Global Benefits

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the system.
  2. Navigate to the Benefits card of any employee.
  3. Verify that Insurance is not listed in the available benefits for enrollment card.
  4. Navigate to Benefit Actions > Enroll in XXX, where the plan is displayed for enrollment.

Cause

The benefit is configured within the object Configure Benefit Enrollment Process.

Resolution

If a benefit is configured within the object Configure Benefit Enrollment Process, it will no longer appear in the Benefits Available to Enroll card.  

On the other hand, any benefit that is not configured in the enrollment process will continue to display in the Latest Benefits Overview Screen for Employees. This behavior is consistent with the system's design and functionality.
