3703155 - Scheduled Publication failure for System Owner role in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Schedule publication failed with the Generation Status: The publication failed due an error.   Dilivery Status:The publication could not be delivered because the publication generation was unsuccessful.
• The issue only occurs for an user with the System Owner role.
• No issues for other users to schedule publications on the same stories.
• Scheduled publication fails in broadcast mode and PDF format.
• Scheduled publications fail for all stories in the system including import stories.
• No issues in viewing or exporting stories to PDF for users with the System Owner role.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.21.9

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud using a System Owner role account.
2. Access the Calendar on Publication Admin Mode.
3. Attempt to schedule a publication for a story, using broadcast mode and PDF format.
4. Wait for the scheduled publication to run.
5. Observe that the publication fails at the generation status with the Generation Status: The publication failed due an error.   Dilivery Status:The publication could not be delivered because the publication generation was unsuccessful.
6. Verify that the issue occurs for all scheduled publications in the system.
7. Confirm that the issue does not occur for other users scheduling publications on the same stories.

The issue is currently under investigation by the development.
