3703262 - Error "HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error" occurs when accessing SAP Business One Browser Access

• When attempting to open SAP Business One Browser Access, the error "HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error" is displayed. 
• The runtime logs(C:\ProgramData\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\SAP BusinessOne BAS GateKeeper/dispatcherService.log) of SAP Business One Browser Access service show the following error:
