3703262 - Error "HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error" occurs when accessing SAP Business One Browser Access or Workflow service

When attempting to open SAP Business One Browser Access, the error "HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error" is displayed. 

Upon examining the logs:

• Runtime log file for the SAP Business One Browser Access service which is located at:
  C:\ProgramData\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\SAP BusinessOne BAS GateKeeper
• Runtime log file for Workflow which is located at:
  %programdata%\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\SAP Business One ServerTools\Workflow

The following error can be observed:
