• A value chain monitoring framework relevant Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer Order (scope item 5HP) is initiated by the creation of an intercompany purchase order. 
• A WM managed receiving storage location is specified in this intercompany purchase order. 
• All items in the outbound delivery created with reference to this intercompany purchase order are set to zero, and goods issue is posted. 
• The value chain monitoring framework creates an inbound delivery with zero quantity for all items but does not distribute it to Warehouse Management. 
• Result: This Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer Order remains open in the Monitor Value Chains app and cannot be completed.

1. Create an Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer Order in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. 
2. Specify a WM managed receiving storage location in the intercompany purchase order.
3. Generate an outbound delivery with reference to the intercompany purchase order and set all item quantities to zero.
4. Post goods issue for the outbound delivery.
5. Observe that the value chain monitoring framework creates an inbound delivery with zero quantities for all items but does not distribute it to Warehouse Management.
6. Check the Monitor Value Chains app to confirm that the Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer Order remains open and cannot be completed.
   
   

• The inbound delivery with zero quantities is not distributed to Warehouse Management due to the outbound delivery being created with zero quantities. 
• This results in the Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer Order remaining open in the Monitor Value Chains app.
  
  

1. Open the Monitor Value Chains app and locate the Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer Order containing the inbound delivery with zero quantities.
2. Select the Document ID of the inbound delivery with zero quantities.
3. Select the "Change Inbound Delivery" link in the Popover displayed by the system to navigate to the Change Inbound Delivery app. 
4. In the Change Inbound Delivery app, modify the storage location for all items to an IM managed storage location.
5. Post goods receipt for the inbound delivery to resume processing and update the statuses of the steps in the Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer Order.
