3703352 - Unable to login to DBACOCKPIT or DB02

Symptom

Unable to see the any screens such as backup catalog from DB12 or DB02 in the system while it is visible in other environments.

Error messages encountered:

  • "Wrong user name/password specified for database connection <SID>"
  • "Connection failed (RTE:[89001] Cannot resolve host name '<hostname>' rc=-2: Name or service not known (<hostname>:3xx41)"
  • "Unable to create object 'CL_HDB_RDI_META'"
  • DBACOCKPIT Overview Page is blank.
  • SQL connection tests fail with errors such as "sql_neg: no_connection", "Cannot create SQL connection", and "Connection failed".
