3703375 - Prompted to Login when accessing SuccessFactors via MS Teams through an Approval Card

• When accessing SuccessFactors through Microsoft Teams by clicking an approval card, the user is prompted to log into SuccessFactors again.
• The deep link opens outside of Teams in a browser session, requiring a separate login.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors on MS Teams
2. On the To-Do section, try to open the details of an approval card
3. Redirected to browser
4. Observe prompted login screen

• This is expected behaviour when the Quick Action (Approve) has been disabled, which results in no action buttons being displayed on the card. 
• This link is a deep link that opens outside of Teams. As Single Sign-On (SSO) only takes effect inside Teams, and since the browser session is different from the Teams session, users are required to log in again. 

• Users must click the card to navigate to the workflow details. 
• To ensure a more seamless experience, the "View Pay Statement" deep link from the "View Pay Statement" quick action will be enhanced in the 2605 release. The rest of all deep links will be improved in the early 2611 release (as is done monthly).
