3703441 - Notes field cleared after importing Termination Details

The standard Notes field is cleared after re importing termination details for terminated user. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Terminate a user: "ABC".
2. Update the "Notes" field while terminating the user.
3. Search "Import Employee Data."
4. Select "Termination Details."
5. Import the attached file.
6. Observe that the Notes field is set to blank.

For an already terminated user, if the "Notes" field value needs to be retained after Termination Import, it must be provided as part of the Termination Import payload. If not, it will be considered blank, and the value will be cleared.

Ensure that the "Notes" field value is included in the Termination Import payload when importing termination details for an already terminated user.
