3703445 - Deprecation of Microsoft Outlook Add-in for Providing Continuous Feedback

Deprecation Details

As of 1H 2025, we no longer developed and maintained the feature for users to provide feedback through the add-in on the Outlook toolbar due to minimal usage. We will eventually delete this feature on the production release date of 1H 2026.

To give feedback, users already have multiple alternative ways, for example, from the Continuous Feedback module page or through Quick Actions on the home page directly within the SAP SuccessFactors system. They can also use the quick actions in Microsoft Teams to send feedback to others.
