3703460 - India Compliance Form 11 - "Are you International Worker?" picklist displays blank content - Onboarding

The country picklist values are not appearing in the Form 11 compliance form when a new hire selects “Are you an International Worker” = “Yes.” The field “If Yes, state country of origin (name of other country)” shows blank values.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. New Hire completes the PDC step.
2. New Hire Clicks on Form 11 Compliance task
3. New Hire selects “Are you an International Worker” = “Yes.”
4. New hire tries to select the value for the field “If Yes, state country of origin (name of other country)” is displayed but shows blank values.

ComplianceCountry picklist is not configured in Picklist Center.

To identify it, please follow steps:

1. Manage Data > Compliance Form > Select form EPF Form 11 > field IN_EPF_COUNTRY_OF_ORIGIN has the following picklist ID associated to it: ComplianceCountry.
2. Now go to Picklist Center and search for ComplianceCountry, this picklist does not exist.
