3703479 - Date format appear incorrect when using the new candidate experience - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

When using the new candidate experience the new date format is appearing incorrect. The The Format shows as d, mmm yyyy but the expectation would be that the format would show as dd/mm/yyyy. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Enable the redesigned candidate experience.
2. Navigate to apply for a requisition.
3. Observe the date field displaying as d, mmm yyyy (formatted as English US mmm d, yyyy). 

Confirmed by Product Management to be an expected design principle for the new application wizard. The purpose of the change is to have a consistent format for different locations. When you select a date the date will appear like 14 Jan 2026 rather then 14/01/2026.
