Symptom

An error arises on Target system when a provisioning job is executed from any Source system:

The error message is:

user:<user_id>,
system=<target_system_name>,
time=YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS+XX
error=Target system doesn't support User Managed Groups.,
content={<user_payload>....
