3703529 - Cannot swith Eligibilty Rules conditions to "all of the following criteria"

After switching the Eligibility Rule condition from "any of the following criteria" to "all of the following criteria", it resets back to "any..."

1. Navigate to Compensation Home > Select a Non-EC template
2. Go to Plan Setup > Plan Details > Eligibility
3. Click at an existing rule > under Rule Name and Conditions > click add
4. Switch the "Match" dropdown from "any of the following criteria" to "all of the following criteria

6. Hit "Done" > Save
7. Refresh the page
8. When accessing the Eligibility Rule again > the Match switched back to "any of the following criteria
9. 

This is an expected behavior. 

When inputing conditions to an Eligibility, such as: "Job Title", "Pay Grade", etc... this criteria will be standardly considered by system as "all". Meaning, the user will need to match all the criteria and conditions configured to be either excluded or included to the worksheets (depending on the eligibility stating point).

This happens, because if you try on adding 2 values for the same criteria, such as: "Pay Grade - the system will understand that all users who have values "A" or "B" for this field must be excluded or included; once no users have 2 active values for that field.

• e.g. Sasha Schmitz will only have as active value for "Pay Grade", either "GR-10" or "GR-11" - never the 2 of them together at the same time. This way, regardless, if I change the eligibility condition to "all" or "any", the system will recognize that Sasha should or should not be included at the worksheet

In order to separate the conditions, you will need to create separate rules. 

• If the requirement is to include/exclude users that match both: "Job Title" and "Pay Grade", have one single rule for that
• if the requirement is to include/exclude users that match either "Job Title" or "Pay Grade", then 2 rules are required one for each field
