3703620 - Mobile App: Payout Not Displayed

Symptom

  • On desktop web, People Profile > My Time shows Time Off, Timesheet, and Payout, and Payout opens as expected.
  • The Payout option is missing in the mobile app, so users cannot access Payout from mobile.
  • Navigation and feature availability are inconsistent between desktop and mobile.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

Desktop web:

    • Log in via a browser.
    • Go to People Profile.
    • Open My Time.
    • Confirm Payout is visible and accessible.

Mobile app:

    • Log in to the mobile app.
    • Navigate to People Profile (or the Time features on the home screen).
    • Confirm there is no Payout option available.

Cause

Feature not supported in mobile time off. 

Resolution
