3703633 - Error in Leave of Absence approval due to Time Management Recalculation Configuration

Error occurs when editing and submitting a Leave of Absence for approval with pending status.

Error messages:

• "Please check your time sheet. This time off request might require a recalculation as of XX/XX/XXXX.";
• "Your changes require a time management recalculation. However, the recalculation event date is before the earliest recalculation date as configured in time management configuration!";
• Also raise the error "errorMessage=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring." containing errorId, fingerprint, timestamp, release, server, Theme Id information.
