Business rule for Initiate PM Form On Job Change not working as expected for multiple changes in Job Information.

Reproducing the Issue

Configure a business rule to launch a Performance Management form on Job Information changes as per Implementation Guide Initiate PM Form On Job Change Event | SAP Help Portal with If condition 'Job Information Model.Performance Form.Value is equal to null'
Create a change record in Job Information to trigger the business rule
Check that the form is launched as expected
Create another change record in Job Information to trigger the business rule
Check that the Condition 'Job Information Model.Performance Form.Value is equal to null' is ignored and the form is launched again

Cause

Job Information pm-form field is not forward propagated.

Resolution

Every time the Business rule for Initiate PM Form On Job Change is triggered a new form will be launched as the previous form is not forward propagated for the new records.
