3703666 - ALTER PROCEDURE xxx RECOMPILE is not working for invalid procedure.

Symptom

The issue occurs when running HANA minichecks and identifying invalid procedures (M1920).
As per SAP Note 2935599 - SQL error 430 (invalidated procedure), the script HANA_Objects_Procedures.sql was executed to resolve the issue.
Commands such as ALTER PROCEDURE "xxx"."xxx" RECOMPILE; were attempted but failed with errors like:
Could not run 'ALTER PROCEDURE "xxx"."xxx" RECOMPILE' Error: (dberror) [1306]: return type mismatch: Procedure xxx: "xxx".
