Symptom
Due to the recent change of BTP root cert (from G2 to G5), below error message may show when on onboarding SAP Service and Asset Manager application/client (MDK app):
- Users encounter the error "Unsuccessful Restore: Failed to restore access to application. Retrying now" when logging into the SAP Service and Asset Manager application.
- After reinstalling the application, the error "Network unavailable: Please try again later" is displayed.
- Failed to onboard! The server URL you are tying to access is not reachable. Use different connection setting or try again later.
