3703732 - Unable to create the intercompany invoice for CsgmtIssueSchedAgr document (type ED) - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Even though scope item 1WO is activated in the system. Error message VF484 "Cannot create an intercompany invoice for delivery" occurs when attempting to create the IV invoice for the outbound delivery linked to the CsgmtIssueSchedAgr document (sales order type: ED).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create the CsgmtIssueSchedAgr document (sales order type:ED) referencing the scheduling agreement.
2. Generate an outbound delivery against the ED type sales order.
3. Create the F2 invoice.
4. Attempt to create the IV invoice for the outbound delivery.
5. Observe the error message VF484: "Cannot create an intercompany invoice for delivery".

The scheduling agreement consignment business does not support intercompany processes.

Follow the scope item 1WO test script and use the standard process with the consignment document (sales document type CCIS) for intercompany billing.

• Create a consignment issue order with order type "CCIS". 
• Generate a delivery.
• Create a customer invoice. 
• Create an intercompany invoice.  

If enabling IV invoice for the CsgmtIssueSchedAgr document (sales order type:ED) is required, submit a feature request through the customer influence portal. Refer to Knowledge Article 2963059 for guidance.
