- Go to Cases
- Open any Case
- See that Timeline only displays certain information
Cause
Limited retention period of Timeline in Test and Production Tenants
Resolution
Timeline events are retained for up to three months in test tenants and up to two years in production tenants, ensuring you always have access to recent and relevant data. Events older than the specified periods are not accessible in the timeline.
