3703836 - MI07 / MI37 do not select items with negative differences.

Symptom

Posting the Physical Inventory Differences via MI07 or MI37 does not select the items with negative differences. Two sessions need to be executed on the same Physical Inventory Document: the first one to select the items with positive differences; the second one to select the items with negative differences.
