1. If changes have not been reverted, navigate to Manage Data > ONB2OffboardingActivitiesConfig for Offboarding task program
2. Navigate to Onboarding Program for Onboarding tasks program
3. Select the program name where changes occurred.
4. Scroll to the end of the page to view the user and date of the last modification.
5. This is user who last made changes to the program
