3703925 - SA scheduling line changes made in the ERP are not sync to APO PPDS

Symptom

Scheduling agreement scheduling line changes made in the ERP are not synchronizing to APO PPDS. When a new scheduling line or quantity change is created in ERP using ME38, the change is visible in MD04, but it does not appear in the APO Product View /SAPAPO/RRP3. Reports /SAPAPO/CCR and /SAPAPO/CPP detect inconsistencies but fail to push them to APO with errors /SAPAPO/RRP502, /SAPAPO/RRP754, /SAPAPO/MAT000.
