3703963 - Reuse of association in Analytical Model for multiple fields

• Upon creating an analytical model based on the fact view, validation errors occur:
  • Dimension source has no representative key
  • Dimension source has no compound key sequence
• The expectation is to reuse a single association for multiple fields in the Analytical Model

SAP Datasphere

The current design requires associations to be configured in a 1-to-1 field mapping. Multiple associations must be created for multiple fields, as reuse of a single association for multiple fields is not supported.

1. Configure associations in a 1-to-1 field mapping for each field
2. Create separate associations for each field to ensure proper functionality in the analytical model
3. For enhancement requests to support association reuse for multiple fields, submit a request via the SAP Influence portal
