3703986 - Tokens [[Job Title]] and [[Location]] not working in the Welcome message task - Onboarding

The tokens [[Job Title]] and [[Location]] are not working when when Hiring Manager, or an Onboarding Admin, submit the Welcome Message new hire task.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the hiring manager.
2. Navigate to the onboarding dashboard.
3. Select the onboardee and open the "Write Welcome Message" task.
4. Add tokens [[Job Title]] and [[Location]].
5. Submit the message.
6. Reopen the welcome message and observe that the tokens did not change into the value, they still show as tokens.

Missing permissions.

1. In Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration > jobInfo
2. Take note of the label for the field "job-code" , for example: the label is Job Classification
3. In Admin Center > RBP troubleshooting tool > Target Population Search
4. Select the affected admin in 'Access User 1' and the test onbordee in 'Target User'
5. Check the following permissions:
   Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Job Information > Job Classification
   Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Job Information > Location 
   Employee Data > Employment Details MSS (View)
6. Assign the missing ones
7. Try again to edit or submit the Welcome Message task, issue should be resolved
