3704005 - Financial transaction not created after splitting costs for users

• There is no financial transaction created after splitting the costs via Edit Learning History for users with a specific completion status.
• User with completion status "Cancellation with costs" does not have an updated charged amount in Registration Financial Details, despite costs being split equally among all users.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Add users to a class with registration status Enrollment.
2. Change registration status of one user to Cancellation with costs.
3. Add completion status to all users via Add to Learning History.
4. Add actual costs in Cost Summary for Instructor and Location.
5. Split costs equally to all users (including the one with completion status Cancellation with costs) via Edit Learning History and save.
6. Go to Registration Financial Details.
7. Observe that the user with completion status Cancellation with costs has no updated charged amount but still retains the price.

The system is designed to recognize valid participants based on their enrollment status. Users with a registration status of "Cancellation with costs" are not considered valid participants for cost allocation purposes.
