3704058 - Screen Reader Does Not Announce 'No achievements yet' for Achievements Tab

After selecting the Achievements tab using a screen reader, the message "No achievements yet. No achievements have been created. Check back later for updates." is not announced:

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Log into SuccessFactors with a screen reader
2. In the module picker, select Continuous Performance
3. Select the View Achievements button
4. Select the Achievements tab
5. The message "No achievements yet. No achievements have been created. Check back later for updates." is displayed but not announced

Expected behavior

By system design, the message will not be announced when the Achievements tab is selected. The user must make a filter selection first for the screen reader to make the announcement. For example, the correct steps to announce the error message are as follows:

1. Tab to the Filter icon
2. Select a filter > Select the Filter button
3. The message will be announced
