Symptom

After adding a new country/region to the main line workspace in the SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) system, the following error message is displayed during scoping:

"Conflicts detected during scoping. More details can be found in the Scope app.

You cannot select country/region [country] because it is already in use in project [workspace name]"
