3704075 - SF Mobile App: Authentication Issues After Enabling Joule (Users Deactivated, Multi-Profile Disabled, Proxy QR Code Not Working)

Symptom

This KBA will mainly cover:

  • Expected Changes When Joule is Enabled in SuccessFactors Mobile
  • When proxying as another user, using "Activate via QR Code" in SF Mobile App activates the proxy user's account instead of the proxied user's account (account holder).
  • After enabling Joule in SFSF Mobile App, all mobile users are deactivated.
  • After enabling Joule, Multi-Profile mode in SF Mobile got disabled.
