3704075 - What to Expect After Joule Is Enabled in the SuccessFactors Mobile App

Symptom

This KBA will mainly cover:

  • Expected Changes When Joule is Enabled in SuccessFactors Mobile
  • When a user is proxying as another user SuccessFactors website, scanning "Activate via QR code" while proxying activates the logged in user's (proxy user) mobile account, not the account of the user you are proxying (proxied user).
  • After enabling Joule in SFSF Mobile App, all mobile users are deactivated.
  • After enabling Joule, Multi-Profile mode in SF Mobile got disabled.
