3704149 - Communication Scenarios SAP_COM_0116 and SAP_COM_0114 Missing

Symptom

You are setting up a scoping item such as 4H2, however during the step to create communication arrangements with communication scenarios SAP_COM_0116 and SAP_COM_0114, the same cannot be found.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Communication Arrangements app.
  2. Click on the New button.
  3. Open the value help for Communication Scenario.
  4. Search for either scenario SAP_COM_0116 or SAP_COM_0114.

Cause

The communication scenarios are linked to scoping items that are not activated in the system.

Resolution

The communication scenarios are linked to certain scoping items. In this case, the current scoping items that activate the communication scenarios are the following:

SAP_COM_0116:

  • Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (2NV)
  • Opportunity to Order with SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 (6KO)
  • Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (ONV)
  • External Workforce Procurement via SAP Fieldglass (22K)
  • Guided Buying for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Buying (3EN)
  • Contract Management with SAP Ariba Contracts (4AZ)
  • Contract for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Contracts (4B0)
  • Service Procurement with SAP Business Network and SAP Fieldglass (4R2)
  • Contract Management with SAP Ariba Contracts (OAZ)

SAP_COM_0114:

  • Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (2NV)
  • Opportunity to Order with SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 (6KO)
  • Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (ONV)
  • Opportunity-to-Order with SAP Cloud for Customer (1VP)
  • Guided Buying for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Buying (3EN)
  • Contract Management with SAP Ariba Contracts (4AZ)
  • Contract for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Contracts (4B0)
  • Contract Management with SAP Ariba Contracts (OAZ)
