Symptom

  • An error occurs when using the accounts.importFullAccount REST call to migrate accounts with Communication Topics to the new environment.
  • The error message received is: "Invalid site configuration error" with errorCode: 403045 and errorDetails: "Missing configuration for VerificationPageURL".
  • The issue does not occur when Communication Topics are excluded from the migration process.
