Symptom
- After applying SAP APP SRVR kernel patch 628 (SAPEXE_dw_628-80007612.sar), the SAP Application Server fails to start.
- The startup process incorrectly indicates that the Oracle database is down, although the Oracle database is confirmed to be up and accessible via R3trans.
- Error message observed: "disp+work: error while loading shared libraries: libicule57.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".
- The library file "libsapnwrfc.so" appears unavailable on the system, as indicated by the command output: "strings: 'libsapnwrfc.so': No such file".
