When creating FUs with UPB-PB, an incorrect Gross Volume is observed at the ROOT level. This issue arises from an erroneous calculation of the layer height, where the packaging material height is added to the total height of packed products.
However, the packaging material has already been marked with a 'Closed' indicator in the 'Sales: General/Plant view' in MM01/MM02. (If a Plant is assigned, the data is at the Plant Level (MARC); if not, it remains at the ROOT Level (MARA)).
The correct calculation should use the packaging material's outer height. This incorrect result can be confirmed via /SCMB/TEST_UPB as well.
