Symptom

When navigating to Employee Directory Search page and selecting "include inactive users," approximately 100,000 results are displayed in English with "About 100000 results"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Employee Directory Search under Org Chart in Japanese instance.
  2. Specify conditions that result in more than 10,0000 results.
  3. Observe that the text "About 100000 results" is displayed in English.

Cause

This is a UI defect.

Resolution

This is a Known Issue and our Engineering has finalized the fix, which will be implemented in the 2605 Release. Date of the release period: 

  • Preview: 2026 April-13
  • Production: 2026 May 15 - 16
